Welcome, I am Coach Rupert Wilson - if you want to learn more about my online coaching service, designed to help busy dads achieve fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
As a hardworking father myself, I understand how easy it is to develop bad habits and neglect our physical and mental health. After experiencing the negative consequences of my own bad habits, I realized that I needed a coach or a community to help me make positive changes.
My journey to becoming a personal trainer was not an easy one. When I was in my 20s, fitness was not my priority. I struggled with unhealthy habits and neglectful tendencies, and I wasn't taking care of myself. But as I got older, I began to realize the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I faced challenges along the way, including an injury that led me to discover my passion for fitness.
Using dedication and hard work, I transformed myself and became a different man than who I was in my 20s.
As a dad, my priorities have shifted even further, and I understand the importance of being healthy for myself and for my family. Fitness has become an essential part of my life, not just for physical health but also for mental well-being. It helps me be a more dedicated father, improves my mental health, gives me more energy, and relieves stress. I'm as strong as an ox, and I want to help other busy dads achieve similar results.
Through my own personal journey and challenges, I've learned the importance of dedication and practice to achieve improvement.
